Really enjoying fall mornings like today. There is a wonderful breeze coming through the house, through open windows, and I can’t help but enjoy all of the wonderful smells it brings. The last of fresh cut grass awaiting the first snow fall, the smell of leaves caught in the wind, and wonderful baking going on around the neighborhood, or maybe, it’s just me lol. It’s days like today that when the coffee runs out in my cup, that I pour myself another, and continue to enjoy the general splendor of the day.
Sadly, by 6pm, the darkness falls all over, and I can’t help but think how much darker it going to be when Day Light savings comes around, and we’ll fall back an hour. So days like today are really special.
The light fell through the house so beautifully today, and I decided it was the perfect time to capture and share my fall decor with all of you. Something about the house always feels complete, ones all the decor is up, and there are muffins baking in my oven, or a delicious chili sitting in the crock pot for hours. The smell of chili always takes over throughout the house, and you can’t help but continuously lick your chomps hahaha.
Either way, I can’t seem to get enough. Hoping Fall plans on sticking around at least until the end of November.
