This delicious treat melts in your mouth. I actually had two slices with a glass of milk tehehe. I love how it isn’t too dense and heavy, with the right amount of sweetness. I hope you enjoy it just as much as we did!
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats (quick cook)
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup of gluten free flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 salt
- 1 cup mini semi- sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
- Spray a bread pan with non-stick cooking spray
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- Mix milk and white vinegar together (set aside)
- In a medium bowl sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt (mix well and set aside).
- In another medium bowl mix together oats, egg, milk + vinegar mixture, olive oil, and brown sugar.
- Add flour mixture to the oats mixture (mix well)
- Finally mix in the chocolate chips and pour mixture into bread pan.
- Place into preheated oven and bake for 52 minutes.
- Let the finished bread cool for 15 minutes before removing the parchment paper.
- Cut into it and ENJOY!!!
